Ade lives in Cornwall, England and spent 22 years in the British Army. He left the army after breaking his femur in a parachuting accident, and decided the best course of action was to take up high altitude mountaineering! This is his third time to Nepal and is looking forward to “bagging” all five summits and a beer back in Kathmandu!
Lottie also lives in Cornwall with Ade and their labrador Millie. Lottie works for Oxford University Press and thinks this is about as far from the day job as she could get!! Although this is the first time Lottie has attempted mountaineering (apart from Brown Willy the highest peak in Cornwall at c.1600ft!), she is always up for a challenge and hopes as the only girl on the expedition, to persuade the boys that wearing pink gortex isn’t a weakness!
Doug is an American from Minnesota. He has been living in Hong Kong for the last three years with his wife Elena where he is an avid hiker and traveler. He has been looking forward to his first trip to Nepal and challenging himself by climbing five peaks in the Himalayas!
Brad is from the United States and currently lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Brad recently celebrated his 40th birthday and he thought the best way to welcome the 40’s was to climb the Himalayas.
